Due to the rapiddevelopment of the Group's business, Zhongtai Group actively built a talentechelon training model and accelerated the construction of the Group's talentchannels. On July 1st, 2018, the group organized the entire “Taiyang Plan”Phase I management trainees to go to the group headquarters to participate inthe on-the-job training with the goal of “changing roles, self-improvement andrapid integration”.
The trainingcontent was divided into three parts: expansion training, group systemlearning, and excellent project visit and study. During the two days and one nightmilitary development training, “Xiao Taiyang” quickly merged and formed a team.Through PK, they constantly surpassed themselves, earned life stone for theteam and won team points. Hard training had sweat and tears, which brought moreinner feelings to the public. It was a sense of change in one's socialidentity, and it was the courage to face difficulties in future life and work.The course training and project visits provided a comprehensive introduction tothe functions, responsibilities and management systems of the variousdepartmental centers of the Group, so that everyone can feel the workingattitude and working atmosphere of Zhongtai Group and quickly integrate intothe company's corporate culture and adapt to their job positions.
The oneweek“Taiyang Plan”Phase IManagement Training was successfully held in the wonderful closing party. All traineescarefully planned and carefully rehearsed, showing everyone a wonderfulperformance. Ms. Zhang Qian, General Manager of the Group President Office, Mr.Lin Zhenhua, General Manager of the Human Resources Center, and Ms. Lin Heqing,Deputy General Manager of the Human Resources Center, issued a certificate ofcompletion and the title of excellent team, best performance awards and otherawards.
“Taiyang Plan” is anew beginning of “Xiao Taiyang” life journey. I hope that all “Xiao Taiyang”can uphold the development concept of strive hard to achieve their own lifegoals and develop with Zhongtai Group together.
